We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 4th placedBlue Wings (14-12) lost on the road to fifth ranked Prievidza (15-12) 93-89 on Friday. Prievidza made 35-of-41 free shots (85.4 percent) during the game, while Blue Wings only scored eight points from the stripe. They outrebounded Blue Wings 44-21 including a 28-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. American players dominated the game. It was an exceptional evening for forward Marc Loving (203-1994, college: Ohio St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 16 rebounds. Keith Jordan (198-1998, college: SHU) accounted for 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Guard Keyshaun Langley (185, college: UNCG, agency: Players Group) came up with 24 points and 8 assists and guard Kobe Langley (185-2000, college: UNCG) added 16 points and 4 assists respectively for Blue Wings in the defeat. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Blue Wings' coach Krunoslav Krajnovic tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Prievidza moved-up to fourth place. Newly promoted Blue Wings dropped to the fifth position with 12 games lost.
