An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Bratislava. Third rankedSlavia faced one of their biggest challengers Slovan . Guests from Banska Bystrica (19-6) smashed host Slovan (14-10) 75-56 . Slavia forced 23 Slovan turnovers and had a 18-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Lucia Striesova (184-1997, college: RMU) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 5 rebounds. Alexandra Chovanikova (180-2006) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Slavia BB's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Serbian point guard Isidora Tripkovic (167-2002) replied with 22 points and Canadian forward Samantha Keltos (190-1998) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Slovan. Slavia have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 19-6 record having just three points less than leader B.Bystrica. Slovan lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with ten games lost.
