Bottom-rankedJezica managed to get a third victory, breaking the series of four consecutive losses on Saturday night. This time they won against fifth-ranked Skofja Loka in Ljubljana 78-62 . It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 16-point difference proves that Jezica was well-prepared to that game. They also forced 25 Skofja Loka turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for guard Tina Tomsic (175-2004) who led the winners and scored 29 points and 4 assists. Forward Julija Pokleka (182-2006) accounted for 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Jezica's coach Slavko Duscak used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Guard Lejla Pamic (180-1999) came up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 15 rebounds and guard Urska Zibert (174-1993) added 7 points and 9 assists respectively for Skofja Loka in the defeat. Jezica (3-17) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with defeated Skofja Loka. Skofja Loka lost their ninth game in a row.
