An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Ulsan. Top-ranked Mobis Phoebus faced one of their biggest challengers KCC Egis. Host Mobis Phoebus (5-0) defeated guests from Jeonju (4-2) 88-78. Mobis Phoebus made 16-of-18 charity shots (88.9 percent) during the game. Mobis Phoebus outrebounded KCC Egis 46-34 including 32 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by the former international forward Ricardo Ratliffe (203-89, college: Missouri) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 18 rebounds and international forward Dae-Sung Lee (192-90, college: BYU-Hawaii) supported him with 24 points and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 27 points and 11 rebounds by American Brandon Brown (201-85, college: CS San Bernar.) did not help to save the game for KCC Egis. His fellow American import point guard Marquis Teague (188-93, college: Kentucky) added 17 points for lost side. Four KCC Egis players scored in double figures. KCC Egis' coach Tae-choi Seung rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Mobis Phoebus have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 5-0 record. KCC Egis at the other side dropped to the second place with two games lost. Mobis Phoebus' next round opponent will be Anyang KGC (#6) on the road where they are favorite. KCC Egis will play against Sonic Boom KT (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
