Important game to mention about took place in Pamplona. Eighth ranked Navarra (9-7) saved a 3-point victory at home edging much higher ranked Meridiano Alicante (11-5) 78-75 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Meridiano Alicante. Meridiano Alicante was ahead by 5 points at the halftime before a 32-19 third quarter run of Navarra. The winners were led by guard Inaki Narros (196-81) who scored that evening 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Adrian Fuentes (183-87) supported him with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds by power forward Guillermo Rejon (206-77) did not help to save the game for Meridiano Alicante. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Navarra moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Moron. Meridiano Alicante at the other side still keeps top position with five games lost.
