No shocking result in a game when CB Granada (2-0) smashed on the road Zamorano (0-2) 88-57 on Saturday. The game without a history. CB Granada led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. CB Granada outrebounded Zamorano 33-21 including 23 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was power forward Devin Wright (202-86) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Eloy Almazan (199-84) chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds. Five CB Granada players scored in double figures. CB Granada's coach Pablo Pin felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Javier Hernandez (182-92) produced 11 points and 4 assists and center Christopher Iza (206-95) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts. CB Granada will face HLA Alicante (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Zamorano will play against Moron (#4) in Morón de la Frontera and hope to win that game.
