Mondragon made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was power forward Martin Buesa (204-88) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds. American center Zach Kirschbaum (208-93, college: Trinity Intern.) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Eneko Duran (191-90) who recorded 17 points and 8 rebounds and forward Peru Arrondo (188-97) added 10 points respectively. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Mondragon. They maintain fourth place in Group A-A with 12-5 record.
