Very predictable result when sixth rankedMelilla (9-4) rolled over at home 12th ranked NBF Castello (4-9) 80-61 on Saturday. Melilla outrebounded NBF Castello 35-22 including 24 on the defensive glass. Russian power forward Maria Davydova (190-1993, college: FIU) notched 10 points to lead the effort and forward Andrea Hernangomez (185-2000, college: Fairfield) supported her with 7 points and 6 rebounds. Even 15 points and 6 rebounds by Laura Campos (-2001) did not help to save the game for NBF Castello . Center Luz De Giacomo (-2000) added 12 points for the guests. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Melilla have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place. NBF Castello lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the thirteenth position with nine games lost.
