There was no surprise in Las Palmas where 6th rankedGran Canaria (9-8) was crushed by third ranked Valencia (14-2) 103-69 on Saturday. Valencia dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Gran Canaria 's 28. They outrebounded Gran Canaria 32-20 including 23 on the defensive glass.
