Very predictable result in Zaragoza where third rankedAzulejos (17-6) smashed 13th ranked Mataro Parc (7-16) 82-50 on Saturday. Azulejos forced 23 Mataro Parc turnovers. The best player for the winners was American guard Zion Williams (193-1998, college: Gardner-Webb) who scored 21 points. Bosnian forward Faris Verlasevic (203-1998, college: Lyon, agency: One Motive Sports) chipped in 18 points. Williams is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Azulejos' coach Sergio Lamua felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Adrian Sanchez (200-1994) who recorded 17 points and 7 rebounds and center Antonio Ruiz (202-1997) added 6 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Azulejos have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 17-6 record having seven points less than leader LBC Cocinas. Loser Mataro Parc dropped to the eleventh place with 16 games lost. They share the position with Unicaja-Andalucia.
