The game in Zamora was also quite interesting. One of their biggest challengersAzulMarino (20-10) played at the court of fifth ranked Zamora (21-9). Zamora did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 87-68 on Saturday. Zamora forced 22 AzulMarino turnovers. Strangely AzulMarino outrebounded Zamora 40-21 including a 26-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American Amaya Scott (185-1999, college: GMU, agency: LBM Management) who scored 18 points. Forward Aina Martin (178-2000) chipped in 14 points. Five Zamora players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was center Sofia da Silva who recorded 14 points and 7 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and Montenegrin power forward Kristina Rakovic (186-1994) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Zamora moved-up to fourth place. Loser AzulMarino dropped to the fifth position with ten games lost.
