Worth to mention a great performance of guard Elena Salcedo (176-1990) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 5 rebounds. Mariela Terrer contributed with 6 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Raquel Botana (-2004) answered with 7 points and 14 rebounds and American forward Solape Amusan (185, college: Sacramento St.) added 11 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Coruna. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
