The most surprising game was a loss of Gran Canaria 2 in Las Palmas on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Bonita 60-53. scored 17 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Serbian center Marta Vulovic (198-2000) chipped in 8 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Aisha Mbengue responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and scored 5 points, 18 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bonita is looking forward to face Mostoles at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Gran Canaria 2 will play against Viladecans and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
