There was a small surprise when fourth rankedSueca (10-2) won against at home second-ranked Torrent (10-2) 72-60 on Saturday. Strangely Torrent outrebounded Sueca 46-34 including a 20-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Francisco Marco (193-2002) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds. Swingman Pablo Luengo (193-2004) chipped in 29 points. Sueca's coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Alejandro Terrades (196-2001) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and Jose Bedia added 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Sueca have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with defeated Torrent.
