There was a small surprise in Bilbao where twelfth ranked Pas Pielagos (6-8) defeated 10th ranked Indautxu (6-8) 76-68 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was Ukrainian forward Artem Yailo (202-2000) who scored 24 points and 6 rebounds. Abel Ruiz (-2003) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Gonzalo Hueso (182-2004, agency: BAGENCY CSA) produced 17 points and 5 rebounds and Galder Martinez added 16 points respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Indautxu's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Pas Pielagos moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 16 other teams including defeated Indautxu. Pas Pielagos will meet at home Ardoi (#8) in the next round. Indautxu will play against Filipenses in Palencia and hope to secure a win.
