The most exciting game of round 18 in the LF2 took place in Leon. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of second-bestLeon (13-5) to tenth ranked Gijon (8-10) 93-90 on Saturday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the home team. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Gijon have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Barakaldo and Ointxe!. Leon at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. They share it with GDKO Bizkaia.
