There was a minor upset when 9th rankedSigaltec (6-13) lost on the road to eleventh ranked Navia (6-13) 79-69 on Saturday. Navia outrebounded Sigaltec 49-35 including 16 on the offensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for naturalized French forward Ivan Lucente (203-2002, college: Garden City) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 25 rebounds and 4 assists. Javier Prieto (-2004) accounted for 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Oscar Castano came up with 22 points and 6 rebounds and Pablo Fernandez added 24 points respectively for Sigaltec in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Navia moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 6 other teams including defeated Sigaltec . Sigaltec lost their fourth game in a row.
