No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (5-2) beat on the road 10th ranked Eco Orebro (1-7) 87-70 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Norrkoping Dolphins. Eco Orebro managed to win third quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was an exceptional evening for American point guard Johnell Smith (180-80, college: New Orleans) who led the winners and scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Danish forward Zarko Jukic (201-93, agency: Octagon Europe) accounted for 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Five Norrkoping Dolphins players scored in double figures. Bosnian Nebojsa Pavlovic (200-87, agency: HMS) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and American point guard Ahmad Starks (175-92, college: Illinois) added 23 points respectively for Eco Orebro in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Norrkoping Dolphins. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Boras. Eco Orebro lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Umea. Norrkoping Dolphins will meet league's leader Sodertalje Kings on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Eco Orebro will play against Malbas (#8) in Malmo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
