The game in Goteborg was also quite interesting. 7th ranked LF Future (2-7) played at the court of eighth ranked Hogsbo (2-4). Hogsbo defeated LF Future 85-72 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Hogsbo. LF Future managed to win fourth quarter 27-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hogsbo forced 19 LF Future turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Guard Lukas Brehm (191-91) scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Filip Sjostrom (200-90) chipped in 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Five Hogsbo players scored in double figures. Hogsbo's coach Yannick Trott used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was naturalized Iraqi forward Samir Ali-Hussein (200-92) with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 15 rebounds and American guard Brian Curry (185-86) scored 17 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Hogsbo moved-up to seventh place. LF Future lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with seven games lost. Hogsbo will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. LF Future will play against Alvik Basket (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
