BC Lulea dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Boras' 28. They outrebounded Boras 36-25 including 29 on the defensive glass. The former international point guard Gustav Hansson (185-1995) had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Brandon Johns Jr (203-1999, college: VCU) chipped in 27 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. American point guard Trevor Blondin (193-1996, college: Seton Hill) responded with 21 points and Ludvig Johansson (185-1998) scored 8 points and 6 assists. Boras' coach Henrik Sonko rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win.
