Norrkoping Dolphins claimed Basketligan title. They held off Boras in the fifth game of the championship series to lift the trophy. Norrkoping made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Norrkoping made 12 blocks. American players dominated the game. Power forward Shane Hunter (208-2001, college: Nova SE) saved the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Devonte Green (190-1997, college: Indiana) contributed with 19 points for the winners. Four Norrkoping players scored in double figures. Point guard Trevor Blondin (193-1996, college: Seton Hill) answered with 19 points and 8 rebounds and forward Hameir Wright (206-1999, college: N.Texas) added 16 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Boras.
