Norrkoping players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. BC Lulea was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American guard Dallion Johnson (190-2001, college: FGCU) nailed 24 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import forward Ben Middlebrooks (208, college: NC State) accounted for 15 points and 7 rebounds. Norrkoping's coach Adam Engstrom allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Lamonte Turner (188-1997, college: Tennessee) came up with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and the former international point guard Gustav Hansson (185-1995) added 25 points respectively for BC Lulea in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
