Regular Season Round 21: Dacin Tigers - Bank of Taiwan 71-74

The most exciting game of round 21 in the SBL ended with only three-point defeat of 4th placed Dacin Tigers (12-12) to sixth ranked Bank of Taiwan (10-14) 74-71 on Sunday evening. Costa Rican-Belizean forward Charles Garcia (208-88, college: Seattle) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 22 rebounds for the winners and forward Guan-Ting Lu (197-92) chipped in 13 points. Bank of Taiwan's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was Indian-Canadian center Sim Bhullar (226-92, college: N.Mexico St.) with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 27 rebounds and international guard Jhen Huang (190-90) scored 15 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Bank of Taiwan maintains sixth place with 10-14 record. Defending champion Dacin Tigers keep the fourth position with 12 games lost. Bank of Taiwan are looking forward to face league's leader Pauian in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Dacin Tigers will play against Taiwan Beer and are hoping to win this game.
