Everything went according to plan when top-rankedTofas (4-0) defeated bottom-ranked Yalovaspor (0-4) in Bursa 77-65 on Saturday. The winners were led by international Yigitcan Saybir (203-1999) who scored that evening 17 points and 9 rebounds and Mexican-American point guard Alexander Perez-Kaufmann (191-1993) supported him with 18 points and 5 assists. Tofas' coach Orhun Ene allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists by American guard Grant Sherfield (188-1999, college: Oklahoma) did not help to save the game for Yalovaspor . His fellow American import point guard Wes Clark (183-1994, college: Buffalo) added 15 points and 4 assists for lost side. Tofas have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Anadolu Efes and Fenerbahce. Newly promoted Yalovaspor still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Manisa and Merkezefendi.
