An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Canakkale. Third rankedCanakkale faced 4th placed Kirklareli . Host Canakkale (12-3) smashed guests from Kirklareli (10-5) 72-53 . The best player for the winners was American center Mary Baskerville (190-2000, college: Quinnipiac) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds. Point guard Senay Zeybek (172-2001) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Doniyah Cliney (182-1996, college: S.Carolina) who recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Kardelen Gezgin (170-2000) added 7 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Canakkale have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Turgutlu. Kirklareli lost third consecutive game. Kirklareli at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fourth position with five games lost.
