Rather predictable result in Manisa where third rankedTurgutlu (15-3) beat 5th ranked Kirklareli (11-7) 70-60 on Saturday. Ronahi Kiran (-2000) had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Dejah Terrell (185-1999, college: California, PA) chipped in 10 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four Turgutlu players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Doniyah Cliney (182-1996, college: S.Carolina) with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists (went 11 for 11 at the free throw line !!!) and Dilara Gocmen (-2002) scored 9 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Turgutlu have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Canakkale. Newly promoted Kirklareli keeps the fifth position with seven games lost.
