The game between closely ranked teams ended with 15th rankedMersin G. 's (6-21) road loss to fourteenth ranked Cankaya (9-18) 64-106 on Friday. Cankaya dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Mersin G. 's 24. Cankaya forced 48 Mersin G. turnovers. Coach Cagri Ozek's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was Azra Arcay with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and Beren Sayar scored 10 points and 5 rebounds. Cankaya moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Edirne. Mersin G. lost their thirteenth game in a row. They dropped to the bottom position with 21 games lost. They share it with Gallardo.
