A very close game took place in Istanbul betweenBuyukcekmece and Galatasaray . Tenth ranked Buyukcekmece (10-13) got a very close home victory over higher ranked Galatasaray (12-11). Buyukcekmece managed to escape with a 2-point win 112-110 on Sunday evening. Buyukcekmece made 27-of-30 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game, while Galatasaray only scored eleven points from the stripe. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Buyukcekmece moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Turk Telekom and Bursaspor. Galatasaray lost their third game in a row. They keep the sixth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Mersin BBGSK.
