An interesting game forErokspor (24-8) which hosted in Istanbul one of their biggest challengers Sigortam.net (22-10). Second ranked Erokspor managed to get a 13-point victory 90-77 . Erokspor looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American center Jeremy Simmons (204-1989, college: Charleston) orchestrated the victory by scoring 12 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Mustafa Gorur (204-1988) contributed with 16 points and 4 steals for the winners. Simmons is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American point guard Keshun Sherrill (175-1994, college: Augusta) replied with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Koray Uzunhasan (186-1992) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Sigortam.net. Five Erokspor and four Sigortam.net players scored in double figures. Sigortam.net's coach Ceyhun Cabadak rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Erokspor have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 24-8 record behind leader Trabzonspor. Sigortam.net at the other side keeps the third place with ten games lost. They share the position with Ankaragucu.
