The winners were led by British-American power forward Kristine Anigwe (193-1997, college: California) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and Diamond Deshields supported her with 12 points and 5 assists. Four Ormanspor players scored in double figures. Even 17 points and 9 rebounds by American-British guard Sydney Wallace (175-1993, college: Georgia Tech) did not help to save the game for Canakkale . Dilara Tongar added 14 points and 7 assists for the guests. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Ormanspor moved-up to eighth place. Newly promoted Canakkale still closes the standings with seven games lost.
