No shocking result in a game when second rankedSambir (19-4) crushed at home 6th ranked BIPA (5-17) 70-48 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Sambir. BIPA managed to win second period 15-13 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Sambir dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to BIPA O. 's 18. The winners were led by the former international forward Oleksandr Sizov (197-1988) who scored that evening 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and Nigerian-Russian center Aleksey Adediran (206-1982, college: Binghamton, agency: BIG) supported him with 18 points and 11 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Even 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by forward Maksym Volkov (187-2006) did not help to save the game for BIPA . Forward Mykhailo Rudyk (194-2005) added 3 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. BIPA O.'s coach Oleksandr Ryabchuk gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Sambir maintains second position with 19-4 record having just one point less than leader K.Sokoly. BIPA lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 17 games lost.
