The game without a history. Budivelnyk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared toFrankivsk 's 20. Budivelnyk forced 22 Frankivsk turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. The former international swingman Krystyna Filevych (182-1991) nailed a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and the former international forward Daria Zavidna (185-1993) accounted for 23 points and 6 steals. Four Budivelnyk players scored in double figures. Budivelnyk's coach Vitaliy Cherniy felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international point guard Olha Sivakova (166-1992) came up with 13 points and 7 assists and the former international forward Bohdana Lapkhan (173-2004) added 17 points respectively for Frankivsk in the defeat.
