No shocking result in a game in Ljubljana where second ranked SlovenianIlrija (6-2) smashed 4th ranked North Macedonian Kriva Palanka (4-4) 86-66 on Saturday. Ilrija outrebounded Kriva Palanka 45-26 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Ilrija looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Kriva Palanka 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Ziva Misjak (177-2005, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 14 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists and point guard Brina Sedminek (173-2007) who added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Five Ilrija players scored in double figures. Ilrija's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Swingman Mihaela Aleksovska (175-2005) responded with 18 points and American Abby Niehues (186-1999, college: S.Nazarene) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Ilrija maintains second position with 6-2 record behind leader Brod na Savi, which they share with Maribor. Kriva Palanka lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with four games lost.
