One of most heralded prep stars in the history of the state of California, once appearing in a Sports Illustrated feature at the age of 16. Is the brother of James Cotton, who played in the NBA for the Seattle SuperSonics from 1997 to 1999 and then in the CBA.

Outlook:
A slasher who needs yet to prove he can score at NBA level; has all the athletic skills needed, however. Is developing even a good shot from medium range, which will enable him to find a job in Europe if he will fail in NBA.
