Born: Oct.28, 1978 in Birmingham (Alabama)
Full name: Tyrus Desmond Boswell
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Outlook:
This 6-8 3 man can score with the best of them from anywhere.
Strong and athletic power forward with a lot of potential...was a High School/NBA project as the former Mr. Basketball of the State of Alabama;
Talented offensively with good hands and a nice touch...has a good turn around shot and the ability to work the post defender back to the basket...uses a power spin and a jump hook to finish inside;
Handles the ball above averare, thus he can create some at the forward spot...show a touch up to the three point range he could take occasionally when open;
A perfect power forward that can play some 5 when needed due to his strenght...has a good tendency to look for the offensive rebound and is a good "tap in" scorer...jumps more than once to reach the ball and has has quick hands for the rebound;
Fair passer, could improve some of the decisions he makes on the floor and his free throw shooting...but he will learn so with more experience and practice;
Could right now play at the medium-high level and perform at high standards and be a star at the medium level...if Boswell works hard in his career, he coult turn into a tremendous player at the high level even because his full package is an interesting combination of basketball talent, athleticism and strenght.
