Hubbard's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

24-year old American guard Trey Hubbard (190-G-2002) had an amazing evening in the last round for KB Teuta Durres and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1.
He got a double-double of 22 points and 14 assists, while his team beat Flamurtari (#8, 0-1) 96-82. Teuta is placed at 4th position in Albanian league. In the team's last game Hubbard had a remarkable 77.8% from 2-point range. He turned to be Teuta's top player in his first season with the team. Second best performed player last round was Armelind Sotiri (2000) of Flamurtari Vlore. He is a in his 6th season at Flamurtari. In the last game Sotiri recorded an impressive 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as Flamurtari lost that game 82-96 to Teuta (1-0). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Sotiri is one of the most experienced players at Flamurtari and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.0ppg (#9). His other stats are also decent: 7.0rpg and 4.0apg.

Third place about best performers goes to another Teuta's star - forward Redford Dunton (201-F). Dunton showcased his all-around game by recording 26 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists in the last round. He was another key player of KB Teuta Durres, helping his team with a 96-82 easy win against Flamurtari (#8, 0-1). Teuta has a very good start of the season.
