Rhodes' double-double lands him Player of the Week award

25-year old American forward Malachi Rhodes (203-F-2001) had a great game in the last round for Apolonia Fier and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
He had a double-double of 20 points and 16 rebounds, while his team outclassed Partizani (#8, 1-3) with 34-point margin 93-59. Apolonia is placed at 5th position in Albanian league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Apolonia will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. In the team's last game Rhodes had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Apolonia's top player in his first season with the team. Second best performed player last round was Jaedon Willis (183-PG-1999) of Sport Klub Tirana Neptun. He is American guard in his first season at Tirana. In the last game Willis recorded an impressive 37 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Tirana lost that game 80-120 to the higher-ranked Beselidhja (#3, 3-1). This loss caused Tirana to drop to 9th position in the standings. 3 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Tirana managed to get this year. Willis is a newcomer at Tirana and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.3ppg (#2). His other stats are also decent: 4.3rpg and 4.8apg.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Trey Hubbard (190-G-2002) of KB Teuta Durres (#4). Hubbard got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He went also for seven rebounds and six assists. Despite Hubbard's great performance the Teuta lost 90-92 to #1 ranked Vllaznia. But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Teuta needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 3 victories and 1 lost game. Hubbard has a great season in Albania. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 22.8ppg (6th best) and assists with 11.0apg (best passer).
