Aniylah Bryant's triple-double lands her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

American Guard Aniylah Bryant (170-G) put on an amazing game in the last round for KB Teuta and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 17.
She recorded a triple-double of 32 points adding also 13 rebounds and 13 assists, while her team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Elbasani (#7, 0-15) with 38-point margin 104-66. Teuta is placed at 4th position in Albanian Superliga. Teuta is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 6-9 record. In the team's last game Bryant had a remarkable 58.8% from 2-point range. She turned to be Teuta's top player in her first season with the team. Fayetteville State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Bryant is league's best scorer averaging so far 28.7ppg. Bryant is in league's top in assists (8th best: 4.5apg) and averages solid 2.8spg.

Second best performed player last round was Jainaya Jones (163-F-2000). She is American forward in her first season at Teuta. In the last game Jones recorded an impressive 28 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Of course together with Bryant she helped KB Teuta with another comfortable win outscoring Elbasani (#7, 0-15) 104-66. This victory allowed Teuta to move up to 4th position in the standings. Her team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 6-9 record. Jones is a newcomer at Teuta and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.1ppg (#3). Her other stats are also decent: 11.2rpg and 7.7apg.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Dea Sali (166-PG-2004) of Elbasani (#7). Sali got into 30-points club by scoring 39 points in the last round. She went also for five rebounds and nine assists. Despite Sali's great performance the Elbasani lost 66-104 to the higher-ranked Teuta (#4, 6-9). But her team cannot count on just a single shooter as she also needs help of the other teammates. Elbasani can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 15 games. Sali has individually a great season in Albania. After 15 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 20.9ppg (4th best) and assists with 6.4apg (2nd best).
