JA Harvey's triple-double lands her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

American JA Harvey (168-G) had a great game in the last round for league's leader Flamurtari Vlore and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The guard recorded a triple-double of 27 points adding also 14 rebounds and 10 assists, while her team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Vllaznia (#5, 0-3) with 22-point margin 75-53. It allowed Flamurtari to consolidate first place in the Albanian Superliga. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Flamurtari already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Harvey had a remarkable 53.8% from 2-point range. She turned to be Flamurtari's top player in her first season with the team.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young international point guard Enisa Qosja (170-PG-1995) of second-ranked SK Tirana. Qosja impressed basketball fans with 22 points and 6 assists. Of course Tirana cruised to a 75-64 relatively comfortable win over slightly lower-ranked Studenti (#4, 1-2). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Tirana consolidated its place in top 2 of the standings. Her team's 2-1 record is not bad at all. Qosja is one of the most experienced players at Tirana and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.0ppg (#1). She also recorded 3.7 assists per game.

The third best performed player last round was Megi Spahiu (174-PG-2004) of Studenti Tirana (#4). Spahiu scored 22 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Despite Spahiu's great performance the Studenti lost 64-75 to #2 ranked Tirana. But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The chances of Studenti not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 2 games, recording just one victories. With bigger assistance of her teammates, Spahiu could try to bring Studenti's a little bit higher in the standings. Spahiu has individually a great season in Albania. After only 3 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 15.0ppg (3rd best).
