27-year old forward Simone Sill (180-F-1999) had a very impressive game in the last round for UBI Graz and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
She had a double-double of 29 points and 14 rebounds, while her team crushed Timberwolves (#6, 1-4) with 22-point margin 72-50. UBI Graz is placed at 3rd position in Austrian BDSL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. UBI Graz will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. In the team's last game Sill had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range. She has many years of experience at UBI Graz, through which she has constantly improved. Sill has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (2nd best: 16.5ppg) and rebounds (9th best: 7.5rpg).

Second best performed player last round was Sophia Kuranovic (183-F-2010) of top-ranked DBB Wels. She is a forward in her 3rd season at DBB Wels. In the last game Kuranovic recorded an impressive double-double of 23 points and 14 rebounds. Of course she led DBB Wels to another comfortable win 94-75 over the lower-ranked Linz (#5, 2-3) being unquestionably team leader. Of course DBB Wels still keep the league's top spot. A very good start of the season for her team, which won so far all 5 games without any defeat. Kuranovic is one of the most experienced players at DBB Wels and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Pia Jurhar (190-F-1995) of league's second-best Basket Flames Vienna. Jurhar scored 18 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). She was a key player of Basket Flames, leading her team to a 60-54 win against #4 ranked BK Duchess in a game of the week. Basket Flames is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 4-1 record is not that bad... Jurhar has a great season in Austria. After only 5 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 14.6rpg (#1 in league).
