ABL Round 1 of Semi-Finals. Sabah and Xezri post wins

Sabah - Xirdalan 101-85

Sabah players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Xirdalan's players. American forward Kyvon Davenport (203-1997, college: Memphis, agency: BIG) stepped up and scored 24 points and 4 steals for the winners and his fellow American import guard Desmond Cambridge Jr (193-1998, college: Arizona St.) chipped in 14 points and 7 assists. Five Sabah players scored in double figures. Sabah's coach Rimas Kurtinaitis allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side American guard Teyvion Kirk (193-1999, college: UIC) responded with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists and forward Nicat Memmedli (200-1998) scored 15 points and 6 rebounds.

Xezri forced 19 NTD turnovers. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Jordan Perkins (185-1998, college: Longwood) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 assists and 4 steals. Guard Aubrey McAlpine (196-1989, college: RMU) contributed with 12 points for the winners. McAlpine is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Power forward Galen Smith (204, college: Mississippi Coll.) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds and point guard Griffin Ramme (190-1989, college: Chapman, agency: Starting 5) added 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for NTD.
