Gala-Atena celebrate fourth consecutive D1 title - May 17, 2015

Gala-Atena continued their dominance in the Azeri basketball. They defeated Aztop 75:70 in the decisive third game of the Finals to defend their title. Aztop got the roster boost before the game. Rasim Bashak (200-F-80, agency: Court Side) joined the title contenders. But Gala led by Fuad Niftaliyev (184-PG-80) overcame a tough challenge from Aztop to conquer the trophy.
In the meantime NTD defeated Baku Oilers 80:74 in the consolation final series.
