The game without a history. Rytas led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Rytas outrebounded Galatasaray 49-27 including a 23-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. Rytas looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Forward Paulius Narvilas (200-2006) nailed a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds for the winning side and guard Ignas Urbonas (198-2007) accounted for 17 points and 9 rebounds. Four Rytas players scored in double figures. Point guard Rusen Erdem (184-2006) came up with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Sarp Ugurluoglu (-2006) added 14 points, 5 assists and 6 steals respectively for Galatasaray in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Igokea won fourth quarter 29-26. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tofas forced 19 Igokea turnovers. Strangely Igokea outrebounded Tofas 49-31 including 21 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Turkish-Dutch point guard Efe Postel (188-2006) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Guard Omer Engin (183-2006) contributed with 22 points and 4 assists for the winners. Center Andrej Acimovic (206-2006) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds and swingman Vasilije Kuridza (190-2006) added 16 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Igokea. Four Tofas and five Igokea players scored in double figures. Igokea's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
