ProA top team - Bayern Muenchen (15-1) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they beat ninth ranked USC Heidelberg (7-9) 87-71. The game was mostly controlled by Bayern Muenchen. USC Heidelberg managed to win second period 20-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bayern Muenchen made 30-of-36 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. 25 personal fouls committed by USC Heidelberg helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
