Very predictable result when second ranked Bayern Muenchen (11-3) won against on the road 12th ranked Braunschweig (5-9) 88-70. The game was mostly controlled by Bayern Muenchen. Braunschweig was better in second period 18-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Braunschweig 45-34 including a 23-11 advantage in offensive rebounds.
