Very predictable result in Kedainiai where fourth ranked Juventus (11-6) smashed 10th ranked Nevezis (3-17) 112-86. The game without a history. Juventus led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 61.4 percent from the field and made 31-of-36 charity shots (86.1 percent) during the game, while Nevezis only scored twelve points from the stripe. Juventus had a 27-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Juventus especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. Nevezis was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Forward Vaidotas Volkus (202-85, college: Redlands CC) added 14 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Five Juventus and four Nevezis players scored in double figures. Juventus maintains fourth position with 11-6 record. Nevezis lost third consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 17 games lost. Juventus will play against Lietkabelis (#9) in Panevezys in the next round where they are favorite. Nevezis will have a break next round.
