Regular Season Round 15: Aalborg - Naestved 61-84

Bottom-ranked Aalborg (0-15) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 15th consecutive match to sixth ranked Naestved (8-7) 84-61 on Saturday evening. The game was mostly controlled by Naestved. Aalborg managed to win second period 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Demetrius Phillips (207-87, college: Bridgeport) who recorded 19 points and 9 rebounds and Jeppe Kristiansen (195-87) added 20 points and 4 assists respectively. Naestved moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Randers. Aalborg lost their fifteenth game in a row. They still close the standings with 15 games lost. Naestved will meet higher ranked Svendborg (#3) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Aalborg will play against Horsholm (#9) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
