Defending champion maintains second position with 11-3 record behind leader Steaua CSM. CSU Sibiu at the other side keeps the fifth place with six games lost. Ploiesti's next round opponent will be league's leader Steaua CSM in Bucuresti and it will be for sure the game of the week. CSU Sibiu will play on the road against Oradea (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
