Bottom-ranked Crailsheim Merlins managed to get a sixth victory, breaking the series of four consecutive loses. This time they won against eighth-ranked BG Goettingen 93-89. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of BG Goettingen. The guests were ahead by 8 points but lost the second period ending it with a 1-point deficit before their 19-18 run, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time.
