Not a big story in a game when 14th ranked Pertevniyal (10-22) lost to seventh ranked Yesilgiresun (19-13) in Giresun 73-84. The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. The best player for the winners was American guard Ramel Bradley (188-85, college: Kentucky) who scored 17 points and 4 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). The former international center Mutlu Demir (210-87) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds. American point guard Alfrie Kelley (183-85, college: S.Carolina) produced 24 points and 9 assists and center Emircan Kosut (216-95) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Four Pertevniyal players scored in double figures. Pertevniyal's coach tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Yesilgiresun have a solid three-game winning streak.
